Parking and arrival


  • Free accessible parking spaces are available in front of the hotel. The main entrance to the hotel and Restaurant Est.1969 is at street level with no threshold, with motion-sensor sliding doors.
  • Reception is located immediately after the entrance on the right.
Restaurants and meeting facilities


  • Restaurant Est.1969 upper level is wheelchair accessible. An accessible toilet is on the same floor. The lower level is reached by stairs (4 steps), and there is an approx. 10 cm threshold near the bar corner.
  • Step-free access to Restaurant Wanha Kasino is available from the Kylpylaitoksentie side (staff can open the door if needed).
  • Aurinkokabinetti is on the ground floor. Salonkikabinetti and meeting rooms Olavi and Eerikki are on the 2nd floor (accessible by lift). The Fireplace Room is on the lower ground floor with no lift access.
Rooms


  • The hotel does not have fully accessible rooms. Room thresholds are approx. 3 cm, and bathroom thresholds vary between 2–6 cm.
  • For wheelchair users and guests using a rollator, we recommend staying with an assistant in a Superior Twin room (more spacious and step-free shower). Some Standard Family rooms also have step-free showers.
  • All room floors are accessible by lift. A shower stool can be provided on request (please ask in advance).
Spa


  • The spa is on the 2nd floor and accessible by lift. A shower wheelchair is available to borrow.
  • Assistants for guests with disabilities have free spa access, and an afternoon pool attendant can help with moving around the spa area.
